Shipping

In order to best serve our customers TechTrade LLC ships to all countries in the world with few exceptions.

Shipment Cost

To provide a better value, all domestic shipping is free.

International orders have only a $35 shipping fee which can easily be made at the time. Customers are responsible for any importation duties or taxes due when the delivery reaches the destination country.

Shipping Orders

In order to help customers understand our shipping process orders marked:

  • Shipping Now: Orders will ship within 1-2 business days for any items indicating “Shipping Now” within the product detail pages.
  • Pre-order items or any item marked as “Backorder”: on our website will ship at a future date.

Please note: expected delivery dates that may be given are estimates only and subject to change.

Once TechTrade LLC ships your order you will receive a shipment confirmation, including with tracking information.

Domestic shipments are generally delivered within 5-7 days. This is subject to change.

TechTrade LLC uses a combination of UPS and the United States Postal Service as our shipping carriers.

Making sure your product arrives in a timely

Premium Shipping Services

Customers can use premium delivery services like DHL and FedEx that provide detailed package tracking, has an efficient logistics system to ensure timely delivery, and will attempt multiple deliveries to ensure you receive your packages.

Delivery Address

Please include a complete and correct delivery address. Once we release your order for shipment, there cannot be an address correction, to ensure your order is received in a timely fashion please check to make sure you’ve included the complete and correct delivery address. If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address we will attempt to contact you for a correct address. We will re-ship and charge you for the shipping cost.

UPS will make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, they will return the package to TechTrade LLC.

TechTrade LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

International Shipments

Importation taxes, sales taxes, or any other fees applied when our product reaches its destination is the responsibility or the customer. Please comply with all laws and regulations in your destination country regarding our products.

If a shipment is abandoned or refused due to local taxes or duties not being paid, a refund will not be issued for the order.

Canceling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so provided the order has not yet been released for shipment.
