Return and exchange policy
Do you want to exchange or return your Mac\Apple item? The MacStoreTrade (Tech Trade LLC) will take back or exchange those goods that have not been tampered with by the customers, goods which are still in good conditions, undamaged and this will only happen given the exchange is initiated within the 21 days from the shipment date of the package. In full refund or exchange cases, the item should be sent still within the 21 days from the receipt of the first order. It is important to note that all refunds do not include the cost of shipping. All goods that which are being exchanged after the stated 21 days on the receipt will be charged extra for shipping again. Before returning, endeavor to make sure the MacStoreTrade (Tech Trade LLC) is still attached to the original packaging such as boxes and bags.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ORDER
Though we provide free shipping of returned goods or items to customers locally (exceptions customers abroad) provided you make use of the pre-paid return label that is provided after you have contacted the customer service. If you want to exchange a good or product, you must first of all return the original product when you purchase a new one separately.
Go to https://macstoretrade.org and request a return form, and then you print the return label. Stick the label to the outside of the shipping box. Drop the box or package at any mail store, customer centers or mail carrier drivers. If these services are not available in your locality, or it’s your choice not to use such services, then you can use any other service that you find convenient but it should be trackable and do so at your own cost. Please ensure the package for the full retail value of the shipment. Because we will not be held responsible for any damaged incurred at transit(s). After we receive the package, the return will be processed in 3 business days.
The original payment method will be used in cases of refunds where the credit card that was used to pay for the item will credited with the amount to be refunded. Refunds done on credit cards may take up to 10 business days for your bank to confirm the transaction depending on their processing time. This can also vary from one bank to the other, and consequently, we cannot do anything about such a situation.
